From Atlanta, Georgia; graduated with Business degree from Middle Georgia College in 1975 and attended the University of Georgia until 1977. Joined Szabo November 1984. Prior to Szabo, was manager with Citicorp for four years; three years with Fulton National Bank in customer service. Completed Dale Carnegie Course in 1990; attended Creative Management in 1996 and received the Szabo Sales Award in 1990.

Hobbies include family, coaching, movies and hunting.
